- Manage rental operations — Support rental listings, tenant screening, and leasing activities to maintain high occupancy.
- Oversee property management — Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and owner communications to ensure smooth operations.
- Mentor junior agents — Provide training, guidance, and leadership to support team development.five
- Build client relationships — Maintain long‑term trust through exceptional service and consistent communication.
- Analyze market trends — Track pricing, demand, and investment opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of West African School Certificate or better and 5 plus years of real estate sales experience preferred.
- Thorogh knowledge of real estate law and standard practices
- Proven experience as a real estate sales agent at least 5 years
- Hands-on experience in the use of computers to handle real estate transactions
- Strong proficiency in real estate sales presentations.
- Experience with real estate management tools preferably Follow Up Boss, Market Leader, CINC, Top Producer, and Zoho CRM.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
